Tents, bell tents & camper vans

Course attendees staying for more than one day can pitch their tent, bring a camper van or hire one of our bell tents in Wernog wildflower meadow and soak up the alfresco evening ambience. 

Nice hot showers are also available.

Overnight stays in your tent or camper van are £15 per person.

Please book your spot when you make your course booking, or tell us here that you would like a pitch.

BELL TENTS 

Available 1 April - 30 September

We also have four 5m bell tents, each with a lantern, chair, comfortable bed & mattress, duvet, blanket, pillows & bedding.

You will need to bring your own towels

Costs per night in the bell tent are 

£40 for a single person or £60 for a couple per night

​

Campion, Clover and Cowslip bell tents have double beds and can be booked for a minimum of two nights.

 

Daisy bell tent has two single beds and is available for those who only to stay for one night. This tent is perfect for friends who do not want to share a bed, but they could be pushed together for couples.

Walkers, cyclists and other visitors to the area 

Our pitches or bell tents can also be booked by walkers, cyclists other visitors to the Clwydian Range. Being so close to Offa's Dyke, Wernog Wood is the perfect place for walkers to stay a night or two. This stretch of Offa’s Dyke crosses the A494 pass at Clwyd Gate, offering a natural break in the arduous run of Clwydian peaks.  Click here  if you are not attending a course in Wernog Wood but would like to stay.

You could also stay in our characterful, warm and cosy

Red Shed with a handmade double bed, futons, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom, wood burner and wi-fi, although students are welcome to join us for evening meals.
